I have 2 T.T. Upside Down Planters and tried to hang them on a double “Shepard’s Hook” near my garden. They are so heavy that they the heavy wrought iron hook will not stand up and I don’t know what to do with them. The manufacturer says NOT to attach them to your house (like siding or soffit, etc.). They are EXTREMELY heavy. I don’t know what to do with them!!

I ended up hanging mine from the house soffit, since the shepherds crook definitely will not hold them. You just have to be careful, drill a pilot hole for the hook they include, make sure you hit a stud, and keep it away from the house so it has a little room to swing, and it seems to be OK.
Even though it doesn’t get as much sunlight, it still gets enough that the Topsy Turvy was the first with tomatoes by a couple of weeks this year, (compared to the traditional tomatoes in the garden.)
